Error registration

Hello.
I have problem. Sometimes, when a user registration, i get an error, even two. In Russian it sounds so "Sorry, but found some errors in your registration form." and "No valid registration page." The file translate is variable COM_EASYSOCIAL_REGISTRATION_SOME_ERRORS_IN_THE_REGISTRATION_FORM and COM_EASYSOCIAL_REGISTRATION_NO_VALID_REGISTRATION_STEPS with a being all mandatory registration fields and not mandatory correctly filled. It happens sometimes, but i can not figure out what. What could be wrong?

Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check the configuration directly?

Hi Nick,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply due to the different timezone in here in our country.

It seems like the address validation is not validate correctly during registration. I've made some changes with your address custom field and it should working correctly now. Can you verify it for me?

Hi Nick,

What I did is I re-save your address custom field from your backend > easysocial > profile types > your profile type > custom field by removing and re-adding back the field and everything is working correctly now.
