error redirect when we create the page

Hello,
We have an issue when the user create the page, the user is redirect to the error page, after restart the access to the site, he see the page is created, but why he is redirected to the error page, can you help us?

Perhaps you can provide us one of the similar user account login access which can able to replicate this issue so we can better have a check?
