After viewing other posts, I'm sure it is probably an issue in the XML file, which I have now exported twice...just to make sure.

Trying to import a WordPress XML export and receiving "... error parsing xml file. Please try again later."

Appreciate your help as always!
HOORAY!!! I was trying to export way too much from WP! Consider this resolved.
