I am trying to import a wordpress xml file for a client. I've backed up the web site, I started the upload and I keep getting the error - ... error parsing xml file. Please try again later. Can you please help?
Hello lisa renshaw,

May i know how you import your xml file in Easyblog? Did you follow this instruction from Easyblog migrator? Check my screenshot below.
If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on this? Please advise.

Hello Lisa,

I have tested this on the site and apparently the file is a little too big and it causes PHP to not be able to render the xml file. It is hitting the following errors,

Memory allocation failed : growing buffer

However, upon opening up the xml file, I notice that there are tons of spams in the xml file itself. Could you please delete these spams first and try to re-export again from Wordpress? It wouldn't make sense to also import the spams over to EasyBlog
