Error on submitting a new question and reply

The following error appears when a new question is submitted:

Error: 0
Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user has changed the password.



when the home page is refreshed, the question is found posted but please help me to escape this error.

Also when a reply is submitted the page hangs, although the reply is posted.

Request for urgent help.
Resolved.

I had changed the password for auto posting on facebook and had recently changed the password for facebook page, which was creating error. Thanks.
