Error on rendering of accentuated letters in some french language files

Hello,

after installing the last FRENCH language files (from 2014-02-25 15:32:40)
i have some errors on ACCENTUATED LETTERS
(discussion... title... not on profile app or kunena app... only some languages files)

nothing in the discussion notification bubble : blank !

Hm, I am pretty sure that the language file is problematic and it is not UTF-8 encoded! Hence, you are hitting this issue
