Error on install

Hi there. I am trying to install easyblog on my testsite, but I get this error:
Initializing Database
Failed
Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team.

What is the issue here? Something my siteadmin must fix or can you help me?

Can you include your FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can troubleshoot on this issue?

Also I can't access your staging site -> http://www.test.yoursite.com/stagxxx/administrator/ , please advise.

Hi there. I cannot give you access to FTP, but the admin-area should work? Just tried to log in with help account and it worked for me.

Hm, that was quite hard for us to troubleshoot this issue without your FTP access because we have to debug line by line from the php code and see why the installation stuck at Initializing Database step.

By the way, I was still unable to access in your backend, I suspect your server already block other country IP address, can you add my current IP address into your server while list?
