Error on image

Hi guys

We are having a funny problem with loading an image. It is not showing the image, see attached.

Why is this?

Hey there,

It seems that I can't replicate it on your site.

It seems like somehow this image doesn't upload completely before submitting a comment as the image URL is not complete as shown in the screenshot, this is why it shows the broken image.

May I know is there any way to reproduce this issue?
