Hello,
Error messages appear in the stream when I publish an event.
See file
In addition, if it does not appear in the backend stream

Thanks you for your assistance
Regards
Frank
Hey Hazel,

May i know which event you trying to publish? Because I just create a new event in your frontend, it seems work fine.

Perhaps you can elaborate more details regarding this issue so we can reproduce this issue?

Hello,
I saw your test passed, but I did three tests that resulted in the same result.
I did these tests like you with the only info needed (title, date, text)

Hey Hazel,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

It seems like you already removed this stream item -> http://www.yourdomain.fr/journal/journal/element/4208.

Hm, okay can you try provide us with your following details so we can see if we can reproduce this issue again?

1. Try login as `support` user account
2. Try create an event from frontend
3. Which event category you select
4. what happen when you published a new event on your frontend

If not, perhaps you can create a new event and do not remove that stream item so I can take a look now.

Hello,

I followed your instructions by creating a new "support" account and posted an event, in frontend. No problem.
I also changed owners backend with no problem.
The problem initially reported therefore only concerns events posted in backend by the main administrator account

Thanks, this time I can replicate the issue and I already applied some fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/controllers/events.php , it should work fine now, can you try create a new event from backend and see how it goes?

Hello,
Everything is ok now when I created a backend event.
There is only one error message that appears after saving the event and disappears after a few seconds (see attached file)

Hm, it seems like I was unable to replicate this error when I create event from your backend, you can take a look of my following video link :

Hello,
The latter point does not seem very serious and does not prevent the creation of events.
If this persists, I will inform you
Thank you for your assistance and your efficiency

Best regards
Frank
