I have never hit this error before so thought to let you know.

I download the launcher but was unable to install as this get's stuck in the installation phase. I attempted to reinstall ES 3.1 but i hit the same error message.

Effectively the entire community cannot function as menus, feeds etc are not working.

Can we have the permission to update the EasySocial for you?

If yes, please perform a full backup on your site before we update it for you.

Do you mean that you download the launcher installer from the dashboard and can't install successfully?

Hello Irwin,

Yes you can. And yes, we downloaded the Launcher and after installing, we hit the current error.

I am not sure there is any point backing up the site in the current state it is, however, our host do the hourly backup so we could fall back to a later version if necessary

Hey Michael,

I have checked your site and it looks like there is a bug in ConverseKit 1.1.3. We will be addressing this in ConverseKit 1.1.4 but at the mean time, I have helped you to update EasySocial to the latest, 3.0.2 by disabling ConverseKit and re-enabling it again after the upgrade completed.
