Did you update your EasySocial with the single click updater? If yes, it is a known issue. It is recommended to download and install launcher or full package installer found on your dashboard and run the installation as usual. Actually I tried to use the update in 1 click.
I did a full installation when I went from 2.xx to 3.0.2
I will do it again.
