This issue is already fixed in the latest release of Vanilla 1.0.6. I have manually patched the site for you in the file /plugins/system/vanillahelix3/vanillahelix3.php and it works fine now.

You may copy the file /plugins/system/vanillahelix3/vanillahelix3.php from your masqueradingpets.com site into the rest of your sites but you could also update the template to the latest version by downloading the latest template from https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3401-vanilla

I've just updated the template on Masquerading.Global and it's still showing the same error.

Can you check if there is a system plugin for Helix3? If there is, could you try turning that plugin off?

There were 2 plugins, the Helix3-Ajax and VanillaHelix3-Ajax

I’ve tried switching each them off in turn and still getting the error and have tried it with both switched off and I’m still getting the error ?



Masquerading.Global is the one we need live for our first ever event we are attending on Saturday, yet with the problems with the site being constantly down (now resolved, that was conflicting IP’s in the DNS) and now a Google Billing account issue which their Compliance Tean are aware of (which is stopping maps working as the API Keys will only work if Google Billing works), I think The Univrrse is testing our patience!!
