I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have tried to replicate this issue on your site by registering a new user on 1 STANBURY AVENUE's profile, and it seems works just fine as well I'm not hitting the error. Am I missing anything?

Thanks for checking. I think I've narrowed down the problem some more.

I had used the username and email previously but then deleted the user to try again. It seems that the system had remembered that user even after they were deleted. That's where the error message seems to be coming from.

Is this what's happening here, and is it possible to completely delete a user so this doesn't happen again?
