Error message in Joomla update about not finding .xml file

Here is the error message:

Warning

Update: Could not open update site #145 "EasyDiscuss Update Server", URL: https://info.stackideas.com/jupdates/manifest/easydiscuss/extension.xml
Hello Sean,

In the future when we update the xml file again, it will be added automatically so don't worry about this.

Thanks for reported, I already added this issue into our issue tracker, will include the proper fix in next release version.

By the way, I have temporary update that `Easydiscuss update server` data to disable from this table `#__update_sites`, that warning will disappeared now.

Unfortunately currently our extension do not have support this yet, we will see if we can implement this in the future version for all our product.
