May i know how exactly you update/upgrade your Easyarticles? Currently, it is a major upgrade for Easyarticles and it is required for you to download our installer on your dashboard -> https://stackideas.com/dashboard in order to update/upgrade your Easyarticles. Maybe you can try to download them, then install them on your site.

By the way, i have installed them for you and it should works fine now. Please give it a check and see how it goes.
