what the problems?

Hi Ferlin,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

This issue already fixed in EasySocial version 1.0.6. If you are not using the latest version, then can you try upgrade your EasySocial to version 1.0.6 ? If you are already in latest version, then can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your ftp account so that I can look into your issue again?

Please advise.

Hi,

You can just download the launcher from your dashboard on our site and install it as how you would install any other component.

Hi Ferlin,

I am sorry for the late reply.

Regarding your issue, I've patched the fix on your site and now sorting by points no longer hit the sql error.

Anyway i notice almost all your files are outdated. Although in EasySocial control panel it say you are using latest version but when i look at the file, the content of the php files are outdated. I would advise you to re-install EasySocial and make sure all your Joomla folders and readable and writeable

Hope this help and have a nice day

Hi Ferlin,

Regarding your issue, look like someone turn on the error reporting from your Joomla and set to 'maximum' thus you are seeing the notice errors which generate form your modules. I've set your joomla reporting to 'system default' and now your site is displaying correctly.

Hope this help and have a nice day

Just tried to login on your site but I can't seem to reproduce this issue as it seems to be loading up fine for me http://screencast.com/t/r5iWNczmqx

Hm, that's strange. This seems to only be happening on Chrome. Can you create a new post in EasyBlog's category and also include your site's access there? We'll check it from there.
