Our problem is, when analyzed in the control panel mail activity, we see that in the category of "Mercados", "Centroamerica", the designated mail within the containment category Central America, does not receive notifications via email of the posts created in and it is very bad and we do not understand, because other categories conedoras are configured in the same way and receive notifications either.

Also we find it difficult, check into the search field of activity of mail, all posts which receives an address specific mail, since in the search so you only get results if you do search on a particular post refenciandose the number of the post.

I need to know because of a communications failure and posts new creations as searchable in the activity of mail as efficiently as possible.

Correct me if I'm wrong, user are not getting email notification when they post a question under "Centroamerica" child category but it is working for other categories? Can you provide us with your FTP access as well?
