Error login to facebook

Hi.

I am trying to use the Facebook Autoposting and I get an error when I use the facebook login button.
This is the error which pops up in a window.

An error has occurred.
1062 Duplicate entry '11' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=INSERT INTO `#__easyblog_oauth` (`id`,`user_id`,`type`,`auto`,`request_token`,`access_token`,`message`,`created`,`private`,`params`,`system`) VALUES ('11','42','facebook','0','','','','0000-00-00 00:00:00','0','','1')

I have tried a few different ways to try to solve this and nothing has worked. One of which was the ModSecurity which I turned off but made no difference.

Hi Rizwan,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.It seems like probably you are hitting this because the initial authorization of Facebook didn't complete for some reasons.

What you could do is to try running the SQL query below to reset the list of authorizations,

DELETE FROM #_easyblog_oauth WHERE `type`='facebook';


The # have to be changed to your Database Tables Prefix as you run the sql query

Then, try re-authenticating again.

Or would you mind to give us your Joomla back end and Facebook login credential, so we can try help this out;)?
by create a new ticket for this and simply add the information needed or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hello Dave,

You should update to the latest version as we have applied a fix that prevented this error from occurring when you hit the mod_security errors. Do you want me to update EasyBlog for you to the latest version, 5.0.36 ?

Hi Rizwan,

Can you create a new ticket for this issue, with your Joomla backend as well as you FTP login credential so we can troubleshoot further on this?
