Hello,

I've just purchased Easyblog and am trying to install it using Launcher Pro. I am getting the following error:

The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.

I can see many support tickets with this however I cannot find a solution.

Please advise me what to do.

Hi Jasni,

Thanks for your reply.

I've updated the ftp details.

I've also updated the php.ini file with the requested changes. You can check the php settings here: http://mindariechildcare.com.au/phpinfo.php.

I've run other install and still received the same error.

Chris.
