You need log changes permission to 777 (writable) to next folders:

/administrator/components/
/cache/
/components/
/libraries/joomla/database/database/

Original information on:
https://code.google.com/p/web-optimizator/wiki/InstallingJoomlaPlugin#Installation_fails_with_some_unable_to_write_error_or_Error_when

I did, but keep getting the same error.

Btw, by this:

/libraries/joomla/database/database/

Do you mean:

/libraries/joomla/database/

?

I only have /libraries/joomla/database/

ok. Is I only /libraries/joomla/database/

The important thing in comment is that is necesary change permissions in some directories (and files on it) to 777

The information on https://code.google.com/p/web-optimizator/wiki/InstallingJoomlaPlugin#Installation_fails_with_some_unable_to_write_error_or_Error_when is for joomla 2.5 but in joomla 3.0 is possible that directories be diferent.

Now it worked (without having to change directory permissions). Thanks a lot!
