Error installing 3.7.1 from 3.5.2

We have version 3.5.2 installed. I purchased a new subscription and attempted to install the latest version. When doing so, the installer says "Install Payplans 3.5.5". Upon clicking on the button, it runs into an error that says, "Archive does not exist".

I've checked your site but installation is restricted to admin account you shared. Can you allow me to install payplans at your site.
So i'll help you to upgrade further. Also let me know is there any kind of customization on your site.
