Error in Joomla backend menu operations

I am getting following error with most of the menus and links from the control penal in the joomla backend: There is no issue with frontend. Can you please guide me how can i sort it out.

These errors are actually generated because the error reporting is switched on to maximum. I am not too sure how is this related to EasyDiscuss but you can try going to Global Configuration and setting the error reporting to "Default" or "Off".

The "Default" error reporting inherits the error reporting from your server.

Thanks for your reply. I am not able to access the global configuration on joomla backend because of the same error. can you please tell me how to do it from the host/server/cpanel or FTP?
