If you install Easysocial in other domain site which not associated with your license support domain, you have to download the full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page.

And make sure your following PHP value set to higher :
- max_execution_time - 300
- upload_max_filesize - 64M
- post_max_size - 64M
