Hi,

On all our sites, if you have NOT logged out but return to the site after a short period of AFK, the screen appears, as shown in the image. It looks messy having 2 login areas. Is there something that can be done to tidy it up?
Hey Julie,

One login is from the page, the other is from the log box module.

Since the page itself is now an EasySocial login page. So you no longer have to use EasySocial log box module. You can unpublish it(module id=104).

Hi Julie,

The page that you are redirected to is actually Joomla's login page. The logbox module shows on the page because is configured to show under the menu item id 102(home-en-gb).

There are 2 methods around this.
method 1: Create a Joomla login menu item. The logbox module will not show on this page if it is not assigned here.

method 2: Turn on redirection from Joomla to EasySocial though the System - EasySocial plugin. This will redirect users to EasySocial login page when the system tries to load Joomla profile/login page. However, currently if you do this, you will be in a redirection loop because your EasySocial dashboard menu item is set to 'Registered'. You would have to create a dedicated EasySocial login menu item to get avoid the redirection loop.

If you want to standardize the login process through EasySocial only, not through Joomla, then you have to use method 2.

Ok, but what or how do you mean "...create a dedicated EasySocial login menu item to get avoid the redirection loop"
I have many different language menus

Hey Julie,

The reason I mention redirection loop is because when you enable the redirection setting in System - EasySocial now, the following loop occurs.
access ../the-arena > joomla login page > ../the-arena/login > joomla login page > ../the-arena/login, etc

If you have different language menus, you just have to add the same menu item in each language, then associate them with each other.

It looks like currently you already have EasySocial login menu item for several languages, but not for english and french. Perhaps you can change the menu item type to ES login(attached)?
