You need to assign them on different position. I have changed it to position-7 and it should works as it should now. I believed that when both story and stream module load same time, it will hit memory limit.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.

You should not render them both on two place. It might got duplication of your stream and might causing few issues. By the way, may i know that whether your issues already resolve?
