During the last update. My site gets stuck on "Post Installation Cleanup - Failed"
Hey Bobby,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Okay, it seems like this is a pretty common issue and it's annoying us because we have no idea how on earth the table #__easyblog_acl_group is spawning so many records. We have been trying to identify this bug but we still have no idea how this is being generated.

Can I know which version were you upgrading from? Also, did you installed any of the beta versions of EasyBlog 5 on the site previously?

A quick fix which I did is to empty the table #__easyblog_acl_group but this only solves the issue that you have on this site. I need to identify where this is coming from and fix this once and for all.

Hey Mark,

No this site did not use any beta version. I was on the previous version of 5.0.28. I try to keep it updated when you guys release updates.

Hey Bobby,

Thanks for the heads up on this. I will keep an eye on more issues like this but at the moment I have already applied a fix on the installer to check for duplicate records on the #__easyblog_acl_group table.
