Hello,

I have this error when i try to install Komento by the Network :
The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.
By the Komento Full Install zip i can install it
but just after i have this message in the Komento Dashboard :
"Your current domain is not listed in our list of supported domains and you will not be able to utilize the versioning services. Please enter your domain name in your license area to be able to utilize our services"
Where i must write my licence number ?

You have to register your domain at https://stackideas.com/dashboard and go to Komento as shown https://screencast.com/t/6eQlf4w9PM

Based on what i see, your current registered domain is http://www.ignition.ws and as your komento under Professional license, you only can install our product in http://www.ignition.ws this domain only and if you installing them on your staging/test site, it is nothing to worried about as this.

But, if you seeing them in your current registered domain http://www.ignition.ws can you provide us with your license number, backend and FTP for further check on this issues? Please advice.

Hello,

I tried to update to komento Latest Version: 3.0.3 and nothing happens when i click on update.
Thanks for your help
I put all the infos to connect to my site in "Site and FTP détails" and Additional Information

Hi there,

I have reinstall komento for you and it workings fine now as this update, you have to download the launcher and install them manually. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Hope this help
