Dear Sir/Madam,

We've upgraded the website from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.7 and as the table structure of Komento was the same, We copied the J2.5 comments table and its related tables to the J3.7 database.

But currently the komento won't load after 30-50 comments vary from article to article and if I set to pre load for example 100 comments It'll says Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error and don't load the page at all.

Please advice.

Thanks,
Shahryar

Hello Sharyar,

I can't seem to login to the administration area of your site, but when I checked Komento's version by editing the file /administrator/components/com_komento/komento.xml, you are still on version 2.0.2. Is it possible for you to update to the latest version, 3.0.8?

Hello Mark,

As we edited the CSS and style for ourselves we cannot upgrade to the 3.0.8 right now. Would you please let me know What's the problem? If you need admin access please let me know.

Yes, I would need the admin access to the site but the problem seems like there are some strange JSON data from a particular user.

Hi Shahryar,

I suspect your '#__users' table contain those invalid JSON data from your database.
Can you provide us with your database access for your site so we can further troubleshoot on this?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
