When using Joomla's update, it shows this error: Error connecting to the server: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

How can I update Komento via Joomla?

Thanks,

Karen
After updating Joomla, the error now says, "Failed to extract file: komento_to_3.1.5"

I discovered that I could update it from the component level. Once I was in Komento, it said it was outdated, then I clicked update from there and it did the update. So, at this point, it appears that it won't update from Joomla's updater.

I think it was a known issue from the older version of Joomla about the SSL certificate issue.

After updating Joomla, the error now says, "Failed to extract file: komento_to_3.1.5"

Do you mean that when you upload the Komento latest launcher installer then hit this error?

If yes, can I have permission to help you re-update Komento to the latest version again?

Also, can you update your site FTP access just in case we need to troubleshoot this issue.

If already updated to the latest version of Komento then we can't test the update via Joomla updater now.

By the way, have you encountered any issues after you updated to the latest version of Komento?

I should have clarified. I updated Joomla to Joomla! 3.10.3 (I forgot which version is what on before the update).

I understand, of course, and I will post again if there are any issues using Joomla's updater on the next update to Komento.

There may be one issue with the template.php file not rending image files in the email messages but I'm still troubleshooting that. Otherwise things are working as expected so far.

Alright, let us know if you need assistance in troubleshooting this issue then you can start a new thread on our forum and update your site FTP access.
