Hello,

I seem to have a bit of trouble with the block for Photo Gallery - I get the error with a green small band in the upper side of the composer when I reach the final stage of publishing the post. I have enclosed a printscreen. The site details have already been filed in.

Many thanks,
Madalina
Hey Madalina,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. The site details does not contain the URL to your site, can you please edit it at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site and enter your URL?

Good morning Arlex,

I think I was logged on as well at the same time you were trying to access the backend. I had to upload some articles and I think this is what happens. I will not log today at all, so you cand give it a go on the error.

Sorry for the mix up..

Good Morning Madalina,

But I tried access in your Joomla backend again, it still the same.

I believe you provided that login credential is not working, can you try update your latest login credential into http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site ?

Hey Madalina,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I can access in your site now, when I trying to publish a post from your backend, I noticed it generate this permission error :

403 Forbidden

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php
on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you consult with your Webhosting provider regarding this why the server response to this permission issue?

keep us updated then.
