Dear support team,

I know that with a certain plugin, that i now a user who unregisters herself is now linked to a certain profile so that i do not get that message -> http://prntscr.com/7slijo

I have that enabled.. however, it does not applies on older messages that have been there before the plugin.

How can i look into the database and see what posts are not linked to a profile anymore so that i can delete them? Now i have to go tru all the topics And i have a lot!

Thanks
Hi Lafemme,

To fix this, we have a plugin called `User - EasyDiscuss Users`, you can download from http://stackideas.com/downloads/plugins > scroll down until the last one "All EasyDiscuss Plugins" > click download > after downloaded extract the file > upload "User - EasyDiscuss Users" plugin installer in Joomla installer

After installed complete, you have to make sure you have enable this plugin and configured this option "Owner for orphaned items" from your backend > Easydiscuss > setting > general > maintenance > set the user id when one of the user get removed, all his discussion post will assign to this user id.

Hope this help.

Hi.. yes i know about that plugin. I have it already. However.. it does not include all the posts that were giving that error prior that plugin installation. So.. i have to do those manually. So.... is there an option for there in the backend that i can erase all those messages in one?

Hi Lafemme,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,

I've checked in your backend module manager, it seems like you haven't install this 'User - EasyDiscuss Users" plugin yet.

Yes, that do not have a easy way to delete all the post from backend, unless manually run the query only delete that specify deleted user id from the discussion table.

if you need assist on this, can you provide us with your PHPMYADMIN access so that I can help you on this?
