The user has no access to EasySocial at the back end due to permissions and without a super administrator account, we cannot turn on error reporting to view the error logs in Joomla.

I fixed it myself.

When I checked the video categories, I noticed 4 videos. Accessing the site, only 3 videos were listed.
Thus, I checked the database.
Here, I found several empty entries and one "double" entry. After deleting the empty ones and the double
video, the display in the admin was working again

I assume the cause of the bug is related to:
- I created some dummy videos in the default categories
- Then I created new categories and re-assigned the videos to the new categories.
- I deleted the default categories.


Here the table after clean-up.

Great! you have make the correct step for that (that why I'm asking for PhpMyAdmin previously)
For avoid the empty data re-create again.
Can you download the attached file and replace in the directory below:
.../media/com_easysocial/apps/event/videos/videos.php
.../media/com_easysocial/apps/group/videos/videos.php
.../media/com_easysocial/apps/page/videos/videos.php
.../media/com_easysocial/apps/user/videos/videos.php
*I've rename the attached file according to (_group,_event, _page,_user) to avoid confusing. You need to rename it back to videos.php

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution

I too have this problem with blank page for video admin page. Is the solution to download and replace the files you've provided Fadhli? And do I also need to go into the database, as described by Andre? Thank you!
