I've tried to connect with your FTP and Cpanel but it seems like you provided that login credentials no longer work.

This is what i hitting now :

Command:	PASS **********

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

I update the cpanel password, please be carefull i had to pay to hosting service for restoring my website because the error that cause Komento. The hosting company perform a backup and now my site is good.

But the error in komento persist (integration tab in backend).

After troubleshoot long hour ago, i still unable to figure which part of code override this from :

index.php?option=com_komento&view=settings&layout=integrations

The first URL is correct, some how this 3rd party plugin "System - Regular Labs Library" causing this issue, when i disable it, it work perfectly fine.

Can you consult with this 3rd party plugin provider regarding this issue?

For now, you can access this integration page from the component dropdown menu, you can check my attached screenshot below.

You are right, the system lab plugin was causing a conflict, thanks! I disable it. The Kommento still not appear in HDW Media Share page and i did the integration configuration just like screenshot. Please let me know, thanks!

I've checked further on this, it seems like from the HDMediaShare configuration setting do not render those commenting option, you can check my attached screenshot below.

I believe you haven't install those addon pack from your site, you can check on this following link.

By the way, it seems like your backend always show this following warning when you disable that 3rd party plugin.

Regular Labs Library plugin is not enabled. ReReplacer cannot function

If you didn't use this Regular labs extension, I would suggest you disable this system plugin as well.

Hm, I didn't realised this one addon pack have to pay one only can download.

For now, I've copy over that HDMediaShare Komento plugin file over your site, it should render the Komento form on your video page now, can you give it a check?
