Error after upgrading

Hi,

I've just upgraded from Easyblog 3 to 5. I've solved a little problem with RokSprocket Module, but it seem that everything is ok, except for one thing. I can't view blog frontpage.

Other views are ok, like authors or post, but not frontpage. You can view the result here (provisional url):

And this was the same page in Easyblog 3 (it's fine):

http://terapiagestalt-cp125.webjoomla.es/_antiguooriginal/blog-gestalt.html

I have unpublished all modules outside the core joomla, if there was any inconsistency, but it has not worked.

Could you help us?

I am sorry for the late reply.

Can you kindly turn on the error reporting to maximum? To do this, manuver yourself to: System > Global Configuration > Server > Error reporting = maximum.
By the way, I have tried to access http://yoursite.com/administrator, but it seems to be invalid. Can you provide us with backend access and FTP access as well so that we can assist your issue much quicker and understand the issue much better.

Please advise.

I've changed Error reporting parameter to "maximum"

The user and password that I gave you are good for this URL (not for production website):

I repeat login data on your "Site details" tab

Hey Antonio,

I have tried to access in your Joomla backend, but hitting 404.

Perhaps you can provide us with your FTP access as well? So I can do troubleshoot on your site and see what is the error causing this.

Sorry, it was a firewall restriction. Now it's solved, and you can login to backend with name and password from my first answer.

Anyway, I attach ftp access here.

Hey antonio,

It okay, I have tried to access your FTP server, it seems like you provided that login credential is not working. 



Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error

Error:	Could not connect to server


Then I try to install OSE-Filemanager in your site and troubleshoot on this, but debug half way suddenly can't access in your site, can you download my 2 attachment file and replace in :
JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\truncater\truncater.php
JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\audio\audio.php

I've replaced both files (audio and truncater).

Anyway,

I've installed OSE filemanager

About ftp account, I forgot that domain dns are not redirected to our new server. So, you could'n use this: ftp.terapiagestalt.es. I attach you new ftp account, sorry!

Can you try download my attachment file and replace in JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\audio\audio.php and see how it goes?

By the way, I can't access in your site, I suspect is because your firewall restriction.

And FTP server, I hitting this :
Response:	530 Login authentication failed
