Hi

After updating Easyblog and Easy Social, I now have an Error when trying to load my site. The error displayed is:

Warning: require_once(/home/icultiva/public_html/administrator/components/com_easyblog/tables/table.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/icultiva/public_html/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/easyblog.php on line 871

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/icultiva/public_html/administrator/components/com_easyblog/tables/table.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/icultiva/public_html/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/easyblog.php on line 871

Are you able to please help me with this?

thanks

Steve

Thank you for this.

However, since this upgrade has been performed, it seems that the icons in the black section of the Easysocial toolbar are not working. For example, when I click on the notifications, message or cog icon, nothing happens,

Appreciate it if you can look at this as soon as possible.

Many thanks

Steve

I've help you disable that JCH optimize plugin then clear your Joomla cache.

After that, re-enabled again with that JCH optimize plugin, when reload again on your frontend then go to Easysocial page for re-cache any newest Easysocial script and css file, it should work fine now.

Can you try clear your browser and see how it goes?

Thank you for this.

The site mostly seems to be working well now. However, since these updates, Easysocial seems to load extremely slowly - sometimes more than 30 seconds. The rest of the site seems ok, but when the "community" link it clicked on, the Easysocial page that is supposed to load, loads extremely slowly.

It wasn't like this before.

Hoping you can check this for me.

Thanks again for your wonderful support

You're welcome.

Actually your site it load quite fast, when access Easysocial dashboard page, it only spend around 1 second ++ already can reach to Easysocial page, the reason why you feel slow is because it loaded something else like image, video, css file, js file and etc.

Based on what i see it load most slow is JCH optimized that CSS file and those larger image, when it trying to load the css file or image file on the page, it spend quite a few second, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

Overall it still consider okay, when you do comparison refresh 5~6 times, you will see the different since you have enabled cache from backend.
