Hello again,

I have tried to update easy social using both the methods but couldn't and now am receiving error messages in my home page.

Please help as soon as you can

Thanks for getting back to us, it seems like when your system trying to extract the zip file then do not have the permission to write in your file.

First, can you consult with your Webhosting provider regarding this? Keep us updated if your webhosting reply you.

Hello there,

I didn't get what you mean, I have been updating easy social before and didn't have any issue,
and I don't see any changed settings in my web hosting provider(Godaddy) because I'm uploading, updating and using other extensions.

Please see if the problem is on your side.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, strange when I tried to perform the updates for you on the site now, it works fine and did not hit any permission errors. Did you fix any permissions?
