Error after moving site to cloud hosting

Before moving to a new hosting the plugin worked properly.
After the plugin began to produce an error "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload/ login again."
Nginx 1.13.0
PHP 7.0.15
MySQL 5.7.18

It would be best if you can consult with your current web hosting service provider regarding this issues and see how it goes as i hit 500 error(internal server error) http://take.ms/7kCEI
