Hi ,

I tried to install komento but face an error.

Now I created a testsite first to try to install it again and see how it can be solved.

These are the errors I receive.

Warning: require_once(/home/testans/domains/testans.nl/public_html/components/com_komento/constants.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/testans/domains/testans.nl/public_html/components/com_komento/bootstrap.php on line 8

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/testans/domains/testans.nl/public_html/components/com_komento/constants.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php56/lib/php') in /home/testans/domains/testans.nl/public_html/components/com_komento/bootstrap.php on line 8

And I created a super user account for you so you can investigate what is wrong:

Looking forward to your reply.

Best,
Stefan
Strange, it seems like when i install Komento in your site first time, i hitting 404 component error, so I realised you have disabled all komento extension from backend, then i help you re-enabled it http://take.ms/xoGBY and install Komento on your site again, it seems work fine now.

Hi ,

Thanks for your help. I see it works now.

After configuring the component I found out that nothing happes when I hit the submit button.

What could this be?

When I install it on the live site I need it to work directly.

When I read your message good I have to do the following steps on the live site?:

- Install com_komento_full_pro_3.2.1_joomla
- then publish all komento plugins
- then install it again

When the submit button issue is solved I will install it on the live site.

And one other question. How can I enable auto publishing comments ? We dont need to approve it before. We do it afterwards.

thanks

Hi there,

After configuring the component I found out that nothing happes when I hit the submit button.

Tested this and seems to work fine on your end as you can see here http://take.ms/XgfeP as i suspected that there are cache on your end. I have removed them currently on your site. Maybe you can try again but clear your browser cache first and see how it goes.

When I read your message good I have to do the following steps on the live site?:

If you have unpublished Komento on your live site, yes you need to follow those steps on your end. If not, you just need to upload installer that you can get from your dasboard and manually upload and update them on your backend.

And one other question. How can I enable auto publishing comments ? We dont need to approve it before. We do it afterwards.

Those moderation are based on this settings http://take.ms/QpGJt. Please give it a check and see how it goes.

P/S: In the future, please start a new ticket for any new questions rather than posting on your existing thread as it would be more difficult for us to manage in the future.
