Hi,
I getting this error after following links sent from moderate emails:

0 Could not bind the data source in DiscussHashKeys::bind(), the source must be an array or object but a "NULL" was given.

Can you suggest a fix?

Thanks
Hi Gary,

It looks like the provided access is not working(http://take.ms/CL8ya). Please advice.

Can you also provide us a screenshot of the email that has the link with the issue? And also the ftp access to the site in case this issue is isolated to your site only, which we will need to use ftp to investigate more deeply.

Thanks.

Hey Gary,

I am able to access now. However, I'm still not sure how to reproduce the issue.
I have forwarded the email but it is others too.
May I know where is the email forwarded to?

I forwarded the email to support@stackideas.com and added the issue id in the subject ([#375355])

Here are the two links
Approve
http://www.source4networks.org.uk/my-s4n-community/questions-answers?controller=posts&task=approvePost&key=5b9e65a584d9
Reject
http://www.source4networks.org.uk/my-s4n-community/questions-answers?controller=posts&task=rejectPost&key=5b9e65a584d9

I've just noticed that these should be using https, could that be causing the issue? If so it should still be handled better than error it is throwing. I've also noticed they have a ";" in there which wont help.

Hey Gary,

I managed to replicate this locally by clicking on the approve/reject button when the reply has already been approved/rejected.

Is this the same case on your end?

Hey Gary,

The ';' is just added into the reply as a security measure for the forum. The actual link in the email does not have the character.

As for the error, I believe we need to improve this process so that if the reply is already moderated, a proper message mentioning so should be displayed.

OK that sounds like a nice solution.
I'll update my client with this info and look forward to an update.

Alright Gary.

I have already log this issue in our tracker so we can get this addressed on the next release.
