Hi Mubasshir,

I've checked your site and it seems like you did not configure your email properly. Here are the error message that appear on your site:
SMTP connect() failed.

Can you consult with your webhosting provider instead regarding on the correct email configuration on your site?

Hi Mubasshir,

I am sorry for the late reply.

May I know have you consult this issue with your webhosting provider? If you haven't, can you please consult them first and let us know their replies. By the way, I noticed that currently you're using an older version of EasySocial. Can you try update it to the latest so that we can continue assisting you on this issue.

Please advise.

Hi Mubasshir,

The update won't affecting your current settings set from the backend. The only thing that will get affected is the core files for your easysocial for example the styling modification or html structure of your themes. However if you have made the modification through template override the changes will not get affected during the update.
