This error is generated by the fact that the component is unable to generate the specific emails (user and admin) due to an incorrect configuration.

There's something really weird going on with your DNS, now I cannot access it Can you provide us with the ip address of the server so that I can manually map this in my hosts file?

Hello peiyouliao,

I have added a temporary fix by removing those orphaned records from the group members, and it wouldn't generate invalid emails but this issue will be fixed in 1.2.8 as we will be updating the user plugin to also delete group members if their account is deleted.

Ah, sorry I did not clear the mail queue when I was on the site fixing this. Anyway, you can fix this by purging all the mails in the mail activity area
