Error 500 when trying to moderate comments by frontend

I created a Joomla menu item to moderate comments from the frontend. When I am logged in as a Super User, everything works but when another user with moderator privileges is logged in, error 500 is displayed. As a result, moderator can't see the list of all pending comments on the frontend. Is this feature for Super Users only? Or is it a issue?

Currently, this menu only can be accessed by Super User only. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
