Hello,
When I send a message to all members, the send is good, but in return I have a 500 error, is this normal?
Best regards.
Eric
Hi Eric,

Correct me if I'm wrong here, do you mean you want to send message to all user in the site by tick the checkbox here http://take.ms/fXO7d and it return you to 500 error?
If yes, can I have a permission to test this in your site? where I've replicate this issue locally seems I cannot reproduce the issue.

Yes, this is right.
I want to allow you to test, but does that mean that members will receive the message?

So if that's the case, I'll prepare a "real" message to send
Best regards.

Hi Eric,

Regarding your issue, it could due to php timeout when sending messages to all your users since your users base are quite large. Anyway, can you send us the real testing message so that we can test sending to all your users?

Please advise.

Hello,
Actually your explanation is logical.
So I wonder if all users are getting the message.
As soon as I send a new message I inform you.
Best regards.

alright, keep us updated then.

If the issue still persists, can you prepare a "real" testing message to us so we can able to troubleshoot this issue.
