Error 500 when clicking the link in the GDPR Download Data e-mail

Hello!

When GDPR data is ready for download, the user receives notification e-mail. There is a link to the zip file in it. After clicking the link (when the user is not logged in) error 500 appears. It looks like there is an error in the address. Instead of ...../download is ...../downloaddata.

I see. In that case, I will simply delete the direct link from the email.

Hi there,

Thanks for your understanding. Dont forget to did template override using template editor under email activities on (template editor) for them as it will get overridden on your next update.
