Also, the RSS links should only be available on ES pages that has a stream(eg: this page, http://take.ms/Cl71m).

Google Webmaster Tools got Server Errors on that pages

Can you click on the link on Google webmaster and see where is it originating from? If there is a referrer, at least we know which page is generating such urls.

There is something wrong with the links of recurring events(eg: .../netzwerk/partykalender/7120-.html). I tried creating new events from the backend and it looks like there are errors.

Can you try update EasySocial to the latest version so I can perform more tests on events?

Hi, yes, this urls was an error allready submitted. Update ist done.

Can you check again on your Google Webmaster Tools and see whether got any new page URL which having this 500 error?

And provide us some of the screenshot for this e.g. :

1. http://take.ms/VeY3Z (full report)

2. http://take.ms/biAjC (referrer link)

Because currently i still no ideas why Google crawled these page even i manually access it, it will redirect to event listing page.
