1. The reason that you hit this 500 error is because your current template required a file path in its error.php which is at JoomlaFolder/templates/rt_chimera/error.php is incorrect as shown in the screenshot. https://monosnap.com/file/4LkF9SpXDVsZGcBtA3YGRouLpdbSRA

You can consult with your current template regarding this and see how it goes.

2. The reason that you will hit error(another error but not the 500 error) when accessing https://cross-crm.com/index.php/societe/blog/categories/word-of-mouth is because it is caused by your 3rd party plugin, Canonical Links as shown in the screenshot. https://monosnap.com/file/2wZ7j8CsV43rWDvsToBp1322Kv57v2

For a temporary fix, I had disabled this plugin and it should be working fine.

Perhaps you can consult with this 3rd plugin provider regarding this and see how it goes.
