Error 500 after uploading coverfoto

When people try to upload a coverfoto, a lot of times we get an error 500 (white page with error)
When I delete the coverfoto in the backend, the problem is solved. But the problem keeps coming back.
Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

We think it was a conflict with an old template. We've have updated our template. It seems to work now.
