Hello SI Team

I know nobody likes error 404 pages.
This is how things look in ES at the moment (ES mobile Template)
I think you will agree that is does not look very pretty?
Is there some kind of way to make this a little nicer?

thanks

Paul
Hm, with the mobile template an error page should render as shown in the screen here, http://take.ms/395BBm . It doesn't seem like that is the mobile template though.

Hey Mark

That is what I saw.
Could you try something stupid on a mobile at your end like:
https://www.finalbug.net/hlrlpdhpodkhtjodkj
And see what you see?

I see the screen shot I sent you even on my crappy Windows phone.

thanks

Paul

There is something wrong with the cache on your site. I created a file testing.php but it is not generating the correct contents for me, https://finalbug.net/testing.php

Please turn off all the cache

Hi Mark

You are probably right but there is another complication.
I have moved to Inmotion and noticed that you put the test file on my SiteGround installation.
This is my fault as I did not update the FTP details above!

FYI I can never find out where to update them so that they are up to date for all posts all the time!?!?

Any way I have put your test file in the root folder of my Joomla Inmotion installation and now see the word "debug" appears here:

https://finalbug.net/testing.php

I guess that this is what you were attempting to do.

As of now I have left Cache as it was.

kindly advise

Paul

Ah okay, that explains why nothing is being changed :x I have applied some updates on /templates/esmobile/error.php as it seems like your error.php file is outdated.
