Do you mean that GSC is Google Search Console?

The reason that the link has error 404 is because the link is pointing to a stream item which its id is 194 and this stream item is no longer exists on your database so that is why it gave a 404 error.

I suggest you to enable 'Enable 404 Error Redirection' which is at General's System settings so that when there is error 404, it will redirect back to the dashboard.
