What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I am getting a lot of 400 errors something is not right, can you help me please?

It seems like something not right from your revision table, can you provide us with your Joomla backend, FTP, and PHPMYADMIN access so we can help you check on this?

By the way, may i know which page you facing this issue?
